Nausea started last night.  Scott brought me crackers which helped enough to sleep through the night.  This morning I got up, toasted an english muffin, spread some peanut butter on it and had some juice…it stayed with me til I got in the shower.  I can’t really complain too much, I’ve only thrown up once but I wish this queasy feeling would go away.  A friend recommended pickle juice or sea sickness bands.  Pickle juice is just gross so I’ll make a trip to find the bands tonight.

 Friends are coming in from NY for the weekend.  BBQ has been requested. *barf*
